10. Development of other methods based on participants (Roundtable at the start)

The theoretical part represents 50% of the training.
The rest of the training consists of workshops, professional game boards, photos/videos, and discussions with participants.
The trainer uses the Participatory Dynamics (Sociocracy) method to involve all participants in the training.
For certain topics, the trainer highlights the need to propose short-term (Quick Wins), medium-term (Kaizen), and long-term (Project Management) improvements to reduce recurring dysfunctions.
A quick estimation of the R.O.I. (Return on Investment) is sometimes useful to highlight in order to establish the content of a topic. This R.O.I. can be calculated in various ways (Financial, Time, Safety, Environment, etc.).
