This training helps you identify the key phases of an e-commerce project and the mistakes to avoid.

Anyone preparing or tasked with preparing an e-commerce project within their company (selling products/services to individuals or B2B – to professionals, whether or not in parallel with offline sales channels).
Prerequisites: At a minimum, have already browsed corporate websites and, ideally, have already made private online purchases.

Enable participants to:

  • Discover the behind-the-scenes of e-commerce and the various aspects related to launching and operating a webshop,
  • Identify the key stages of an e-commerce project that require preparation, as well as the main pitfalls inherent to them.

NOTE: It is highly recommended to also attend the “Economic Regulations” training.

The training is led by an e-commerce specialist.
The points covered are almost systematically illustrated by at least one concrete example, allowing for better understanding by the participants. Tips and tricks based on the trainer’s experience will be shared during the exploration of the subject matter.
Participants will also be able to ask questions regarding their own business activities so they can easily transition to practice within their company.
At the end of certain topics, participants will be invited to perform analysis exercises or case studies, the results of which they will then share with the rest of the group.
The various interactions (questions asked directly to participants, Q sessions, etc.) between the trainer and the participants will allow for the assessment of their understanding of the material.
In addition, the exercises completed by the participants will also enable the trainer to evaluate their grasp of the subject matter.
