This training course raises awareness of the basic principles of ergonomics in order to reduce MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders) caused by repetitive movements, combined with excessive effort and awkward postures.

In Luxembourg in 2020, MSDs affected 35% of workers who reported regular back pain or joint problems (21%), or both at the same time (14%) (QoW 2020 figures). Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) remain the most common work-related health problem in the EU (EU-OSHA).

Understand Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).

Be able to identify MSDs to better manage them.

Understand and apply the basic principles of ergonomics at workstations.

Practice daily preventive movements.

Improve working conditions and quality of life at work;

Alternating theoretical input, practical exercises, and role-playing.
The trainer assesses the participant’s pedagogical progress throughout the training through role-playing and practical work.
A training certificate will be issued.
