This training provides the knowledge and skills necessary to become a
key player in preventing risks related to physical activity, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of
working conditions within your company.

Be able to position oneself as a prevention actor for risks related to physical activity in one’s company or establishment.
Be able to observe and analyze one’s work situation based on the functioning of the human body, in order to identify the various health impacts that may be incurred.
Be able to participate in risk management in one’s company or establishment and in its prevention.
DAY 1 Morning: Master the fundamentals of occupational risk prevention
- Training presentation
- Principles of damage occurrence. Concepts of hazard and risk
- Concepts of workplace accident (WA), commuting accident, and occupational disease (OD)
- Statistics related to WA/OD and the importance of occupational risk prevention
- Identification of the various risks in one’s sector of activity.
- The 9 principles of occupational risk prevention
DAY 1 Afternoon: Conduct a diagnosis of a work situation
- Basic concepts of anatomy and limits of the human body’s functioning
- Observation and analysis of a hazardous work situation
- Identification of the elements of a work situation: assessment of physical, mental, and organizational constraints.
- Proposal of improvements likely to avoid or reduce risks related to physical activity
- Instructions for intersession work
DAY 2 Morning: Know how to assess and manage occupational risks within one’s company
- Presentation of intersession work
- Analysis and improvement proposal
DAY 2 Afternoon: Adapt and optimize one’s professional practices
- Basic principles of safety and effort economy (BPSE)
- Protective handling techniques adapted to one’s profession.
- Use of preventive technical aids.
Training schedule:
2 non-consecutive days (14 hours total). Intersession work between the 2 days. The date of the 2nd day will be set at the end of the first day in consultation with the participants.
This is an essentially practical training in accordance with the INRS program (French national reference framework).
Analysis of practices.
Acquisition and assessment of knowledge and skills.
A certification test: observation, analysis, and improvement proposal for a work situation.
Certificate of attendance.
Maintenance and updating of skills is recommended.
