The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is the acronym for the new European regulation concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

This European regulation was published on May 4, 2016, and has been applicable and mandatory in all Member States of the European Union since the Regulation of May 25, 2018.

The GDPR aims to give citizens back control of their personal data while increasing their level of protection.

This regulation concerns any company that collects and processes data of natural persons located in the EU territory.

This training enables participants to understand the requirements of the GDPR regulation and to implement the necessary compliance actions.
