Senior executives hold positions where the stakes associated with their decisions are particularly high \u2013 for themselves, their families, their organizations, and society in general. For organizations, corporate culture is a reflection of their senior executives. However, positions at the top come with unique challenges, very different from those faced by workers and employees. Senior executives and their organizations must understand the dynamics of leadership environments to ensure high-performance decision-making, as well as physical and psychological well-being at the top.
